About Eldara
Eldara is a single-player dark fantasy idle RPG from Eldara Games. Version 1.0 launched on Steam on 2 September 2026 after Early Access that opened on 15 June 2026. You train seventeen interlocking skills, hunt monsters, craft gear at the blacksmith, fill the Codex, and keep progressing while the window is closed. There is no multiplayer and no microtransactions — one purchase, then the realm. Start with the beginner walkthrough, learn the idle loop and controls, then pick a lane from the skill priority list or the house overview. When the first prestige call appears, read rebirth and the Eternal Forge before you reset.

New to Eldara? Follow these steps before you leave the game idling overnight.

Launch and pick an idle
Buy Eldara on Steam, enable Cloud Save, then start a gathering action such as mining or woodcutting. The how to play page explains the window, offline ticks, and Codex shortcuts.

Light Firemaking early
Firemaking feeds every other skill. Pair logs from woodcutting with a cook or cremation loop using the seventeen-skill map and the training order planner.

Unlock auto-eat, then fight
Melee, range, and magic each have their own gear set. Read the combat styles guide before you leave a hunt running overnight. Cheap hunting contracts print early gold; the gold guide is the rest of the wallet.

Choose a house with your eyes open
Ashen Legion, Verdant Circle, and Gilded Hammer watch donations. A gift that raises one standing can cut the other two — details live on the faction houses page.

Prestige only after you read the reset
Rebirth keeps Codex, collections, and pets, but Eternal Forge Echoes reset. Check what survives a rebirth and the rebirth planner before you confirm.

No. Early Access opened on 15 June 2026 and version 1.0 shipped on 2 September 2026. The 1.0 notes and Early Access recap separate history from the live build.
Where should a new player start?
Follow the getting started walkthrough, then the idle controls page. After your first night of offline XP, use the skill tier list to pick the next bottleneck.
Does Eldara have multiplayer or microtransactions?
